The Teahadist-Republicans are making sure of that
The rich and the corporations have sucked America’s teats dry and the honey is starting to taste sour. Decades of assaulting the economy and decimating the middle class has rendered America a very difficult place to live unless you are on that top 2% of the food chain.
The Republicans gave us the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression; brought about by tax cuts for the rich and the pervasive elimination of regulations and concessions to the rich. Now they want more…how much more? We can’t give any more…the middle class can’t take on billions in debt to hand over to our children and grandchildren so the rich can enjoy their third house in the Hamptons.
I realize that Lear jets cost money but putting food on my table does too and in the scheme of things I think it is more important to put food on the table of the middle class than to give the rich a tax reduction they don’t deserve or need.
No, hear us out Republicans, we are not going to give any more because we have nothing else to give. We are working longer hours for less pay, we can’t send our kids to college, many of us lost our nest egg for our retirement and some of us even lost our homes. How much more do you think you can squeeze out of us? How much more milk out of America’s teats do you think you can suck up?
